Welcome to BENU — The Travel Circle. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Use. BENU — The Travel Circle is a premium travel companionship service — not a travel agency licensed for transport or accommodation. We connect you to a curated network of partners, local guides and other members.

1. Membership — You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. BENU — The Travel Circle reserves the right to suspend any account violating these terms or community safety.

2. Conduct — Members commit to courtesy, respect and discretion. Harassment, illicit content, solicitation or fraud lead to immediate termination and may be reported to the authorities.

3. Bookings & partners — Discounts and partner offers are negotiated by BENU — The Travel Circle for the benefit of members. The actual booking contract is concluded between the member and the partner — BENU — The Travel Circle is not liable for the partner's performance.

4. Events — Members may propose events, which are reviewed by BENU — The Travel Circle. We may refuse or modify any event for safety, legal or ethical reasons. Participation is at the member's own responsibility.

5. Content — You retain ownership of photos and videos you upload but grant BENU — The Travel Circle a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display them within the platform.

6. AI companion — Talk to Benu is an AI service. Its answers are informational and never replace medical, legal or emergency professionals. In an emergency, call local services.

7. Liability — BENU — The Travel Circle provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect damages.

8. Data — Your personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy. You may request access, rectification or deletion at any time.

9. Governing law — These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the courts of Paris, France.
